Sports Performance Training
 
Our sports performance training package is 6 weeks in length and consists of 2, 90 minute training sessions per week. To provide individualized instruction, sports performance training is limited to 6 athletes per group. Training takes place on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. The sports performance training is designed to assist athletes in achieving their maximum athletic potential in a positive and motivational environment.
 
Training includes:
  • dynamic warm-up
  • linear speed development (starts, acceleration, maximum velocity)
  • multi-directional movement patterns (agility, change of direction, shuffle, backpedal, footwork)
  •  
    plyometrics
  • strength training
  • conditioning
Adult Fitness/Bootcamps
 
The adult fitness/bootcamp classes are 6 weeks in length and consists of two or three 60 minute training sessions per week. The adult fitness classes at ARCH Fitness are designed to give adults the opportunity to train like an athlete in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
 
Classes include:
  • dynamic warm-up
  • circuit training
  • plyometrics
  • body weight training
  • partner training
  • speed and agility training
  • alternative training methods
  • conditioning
  • weight training
  • obstacle courses

 Team Training/Team Building

 

Our team training and team building classes can be designed to meet the specific needs of your team. Training may be 1-3 days per week for 60 minutes per session. Team training and Team Building is provided at a discount when more than 10 members of a team sign up to train together. Training is conducted either at ARCH Fitness or at your facility.

 

Training can include:

  • dynamic warm-up
  • body weight training
  • plyometrics
  • linear speed development (starts, acceleration, maximum velocity)
  • multi-directional movement patterns (agility, change of direction, shuffle, backpedal, footwork)
  • team conditioning
  • alternative training methods
  • partner training
  • group competitions
