Team Training/Team Building
Our team training and team building classes can be designed to meet the specific needs of your team. Training may be 1-3 days per week for 60 minutes per session. Team training and Team Building is provided at a discount when more than 10 members of a team sign up to train together. Training is conducted either at ARCH Fitness or at your facility.
Training can include:
- dynamic warm-up
- body weight training
- plyometrics
linear speed development (starts, acceleration, maximum velocity)
multi-directional movement patterns (agility, change of direction, shuffle, backpedal, footwork)
team conditioning
alternative training methods
partner training
group competitions
