Team Mountain Climbers Wins Master the Met!
Master the Met is a competitive stairclimb held at the Metropolitan Building in downtown St. Louis. It is an event to raise money for the American Lung Association. The stairclimb is 40 flights of stairs and is a real challenge. Our team was comprised of local fitness instructors and our clientele. This year Team Mountain Climbers finished first in the team competition.
